Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design software and possess a keen eye for aesthetics. They will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. . Projects include brand design, retail packaging and POP, advertising, as well as other marketing and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging graphics for various print and digital mediums including packaging, point-of-purchase signage, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, mock-ups, etc.

• Conceptualize and design layouts, illustrations, logos, and other visual assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team/stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve final products.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of printing processes and techniques is a plus.
