Group 1 Automotive, a US-based Fortune 500 automotive retailer and a leading operator in the automotive retailing industry is looking to add a qualified Graphic Designer to our team. The Digital Marketing Department at Group 1 focuses on email campaigns, social media, and website design for over 100 dealerships representing 34 auto brands across the US, UK and Brazil.

  • At least 2 years as a graphic designer or the equivalent in portfolio quality

  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop

  • Any level of expertise with other software in the Adobe Creative Suite a plus

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required

  • Knowledge of email marketing a plus

  • College degree preferred

VIEW JOBS 11/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-04T00:00 SUMMARY ANSYS, Inc. is looking for an experienced graphic designer to work within the ANSYS Marketing team, responsible for creating a wide range of materials including digital content, PowerPoint slides, brand marketing collateral, event posters and collateral, specialty items, and more. This individual is expected to excel at creating new concepts, as well as completing recurring production tasks. The ideal candidate knows Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign inside and out, and uses current design trends to produce creative visual assets. RESPONSIBILITIES Positively represent the ANSYS Brand through design and layout of the following: * Case study, technical briefs, white papers and other collateral designs * PowerPoint presentation graphics and visual layouts of slides * Event posters, collateral, specialty items and signage * Web image creation, enhancement and layout concepts * Magazine chart illustrations, photo retouching, and graphic creation * Large format printing set-up and design MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, marketing or similar area * At least 10 years of relevant work experience * Strong design concept skills, including typography, colors, styles * Extensive experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation * Strong PowerPoint design skills and understanding of presentation graphics, and the ability to work closely with our executive audience on multiple iterations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Agency and technology company experience a plus * Basic photography skills a plus CULTURE AND VALUES Culture and values are incredibly important to ANSYS.
