Graphic Designer

The Hasbro Games team is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who possesses a fearless drive to help us change the creative landscape. This role will engage in boundary-pushing thinking and build strong visual strategy and visual storytelling. Whether evolving our classic games or creating the next generation of gaming experiences, Hasbro Games is constantly driving innovation-and we need your help to do it!

Graphic Designers, with the support of creative leadership, will work both hands-on and with external on a wide variety of creative projects across Games. They move at a fast pace and work with a collaborative team on a variety of projects. The position reports to the Creative Manager and will be responsible for working with the team on creative development for existing and new business.

A Day in the Life:

• Create briefs/storyboards for video development

• Develop User Experience for digital projects in development

• Collaborate with Designers and Developers

• Create iconography, logos, and informational graphics

• Art Direct and prep for photo shoots

• Work with team to achieve key milestones/delivery dates

• Ensure alignment with cross functional teams

• Explore and present trend research

What you'll bring:

• Portfolio must be submitted at time of application for consideration

• Ability to contribute to creative strategy with cross-functional team on individual project basis

• Strong understanding UX and UI Design

• Ability to plan and produce work within the budget and timeline • Ability to negotiate with vendors

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Word, Excel

• High level of creativity, passion, and integrity

• Strong presentation skills

• Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume environment

• Ability to thrive in a changing environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.F.A. in Graphic Design or Fine Arts; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in related industry
