We are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer Frontend to join the Offline Incentives Team within the New Product Development Marketing track.
The Offline Incentives Team is learning how to use physical letters, postcards, and other offline methods to create marketing campaigns to drive new bookings, strengthen our customers' loyalty, and find new ways to engage with our customers. After successfully proving that this model works earlier this year, the team is now looking to ramp up the process and needs assistance.
You will be at the heart of a brand new marketing channel for Booking.com and will be responsible for a number of different parts of the product including improving the existing design workflows, generating new ideas, developing and producing artwork, transforming designs into HTML, analysing and understanding data, being involved in user research, and partnering with other marketing and product groups to build marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working on new, quickly growing products, understands how to manage work to meet deadlines, can easily switch between tasks, has a ability to learn fast and apply the knowledge, and can help take the team to the global level.
In this role as Graphic Designer your aim is to improve the results of our offline marketing campaigns on a global level. You will work closely with a growing team that contains Product Owners, Marketing Specialists, Developers, Data Scientists, User Researchers, and Copywriters.
Design and produce inspiring offline marketing materials in cooperation with 3rd parties and internal teams (flyers, letters, postcards, landing pages, emails, etc.)
Liaise with developers, product owners, copywriters and user researchers to conceive, analyse, prototype and test the (design)ideas;
Manage project stakeholders throughout the creative process ensuring engagement to realize high quality creative products
Create the right workflow and content per campaign to reduce time-to-market and build partnerships with local production companies.
Participate market and user research to understand the local dynamics for direct mail campaigns, in order to allow for the right commercial decisions with regards to offline incentives.
Generate ideas for offline marketing materials from multiple sources including quantitative data, user research and other teams.
Improve the usability and the accessibility of the digital landing experience and improve to improve the overall user experience for the offline campaigns.
3+ years of experience creating offline marketing materials on an international level.
A proven ability to demonstrate creativity, driving through projects from inception to print and screen.
Thorough understanding of marketing elements, especially related to offline marketing.
Solid computer skills, including marketing software.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
Well-organized and detail oriented.
Passion for solving problems creatively, starting small, failing fast, and applying your learnings.
Excellent English communication skills.
