Our Marketing Department is looking for an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about branding initiatives, creating digital content, and creating eye-catching digital and print advertisements. You will play a pivotal role in developing visually compelling designs and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience and exposure to our brand. This position will require a high level of expertise in the development of print brochures and catalogs, including layout, typesetting, and print production.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print mediums, including websites, mobile applications, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and more.

• Develop and execute creative and effective branding strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

• Design and develop print and digital advertisements that promote our products and services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop presentations that are visually engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicate our message.

• Develop print brochures and catalogs, including layout, typesetting, and print production.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, both print and digital.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our design processes.

• Take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, social media, advertising, and print design.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX design tools like Sketch or Figma. Experience in motion graphics and video editing.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.

• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and color theory.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take feedback constructively, and iterate on designs.

• Knowledge of print production, including layout, typesetting, and pre-press processes.

• Familiarity with different types of paper, inks, and printing techniques.
