Work directly with the associate creative director and the design team on a wide variety of campaigns, promotions, branding, and design projects at FanDuel. Responsibilities will include concepting digital and print advertising campaigns, social content, email designs, web design, in-store signage, OOH applications, and the creation of campaign and brand guidelines.

What you'll do

  • Report to associate creative director and partner on all projects from concept to


  • Explore and execute design and branding elements including but not limited to advertising campaigns, web design, in-store signage, OOH applications, logo/identity design,

seasonal campaigns.

  • Create and maintain various collateral and guidelines to help enforce brand standards, elevate designs and aid in retouching mark-ups.

  • Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand.

Who we're looking for

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer or similar role

  • Agency or in-house environment experience

  • Proficient in design and image editing software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch etc.)

  • Strong aesthetic skills and attention to visual details, with an excellent eye for typography, layout, and branding

  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams and work autonomously

  • Experience working on holistic campaigns spanning print, digital, and social

  • Strong project management, organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that combine branding and commerce.

  • Understanding of responsive web design and best practices

S/he will assist in generating new concepts for internally developed initiatives as well as execute against approved concepts. S/he will research as well as collect swipe and images to help create mood boards. S/he will build mechanicals and comp as needed. Additionally, this individual will maintain consistent brand standards and rationale while challenging the status quo. In addition to graphic design, this individual will be responsible for creative research. S/he will explore and present new ideas including trends in advertising, graphics, typography, printing techniques, video, photography, trends in retail. S/he will regularly research the luxury goods market. S/he will share knowledge with colleagues to further enhance Tiffany branding. This individual will present and communicate work to department leaders. S/he will also collaborate and share information with cross-departmental partners as needed. Qualifications Qualifications * The ideal candidate will have a BA in Graphic Design. * At least 3+ years of working experience. * Strong typography skills. * High taste level and standards. * Detail oriented and organized. * Strong time management skills. * Able to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities. * Computer skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator). * Technical skills (comping and presentation prep).
