Reporting to Creative Director. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop compelling visual content for diverse digital marketing campaigns, spanning social media, email, and website graphics. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into visually striking designs that resonate with our audience.

Execute polished video editing, ensuring high-quality and engaging content for various platforms. Bring campaigns to life with dynamic motion graphics enhancements, adding flair and excitement to our digital presence. Stay at the forefront of the digital landscape, identifying current trends and future-forward strategies for optimizing customer conversion from paid ads.

Operate within established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all channels in our omnichannel presence. Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to deliver effective design solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the digital marketing realm.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma. Expertise in video editing software and motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects or equivalent). Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects, including video content. Ability to navigate within a brand with robust guidelines, maintaining a unified visual identity.

Skill in managing projects in an omnichannel environment, ensuring cohesive designs across diverse platforms. Creative mindset, translating marketing goals into visually appealing designs aligned with brand strategy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
