Job Description:

Responsible for a variety of projects to build and grow Little Caesars' digital presence and online ordering capability. This includes researching, developing and iterating on customer-facing user-experience designs for web and mobile as well as developing graphic assets to support products and marketing campaigns. This position will provide consultation to clients and is responsible for the project timeline and all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate concepts and designs for digital communication materials including promotional banners, product imagery, animation as well as new screen designs and layouts for the digital ordering experience on both web and mobile platforms. Execute these request including:

  • Conducting industry research on digital experiences and designs within competing brands

  • Working closely with User Experience experts

  • Developing prototypes

  • Taking part in user testing

  • Planning concept and design

  • Obtains periodic approvals

  • Prepares final layout and copy

  • Work with IT product teams to communicate and implement designs and assets

  • Develop style guides and design standards for the Little Caesars digital experience.

  • Designs high quality, accurate creative projects that are delivered with a strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards.

  • Guarantee Little Caesars brand is consistently and professionally represented through all projects.

  • Ensure optimum operation of equipment and software through knowing preventative maintenance or advising management of issues in a timely manner.

  • Follows and adheres to production processes (paperwork & asset management) including budget requirements.

  • Cross-trains with other department team members on computer equipment and job related skills.

  • Contributes to team efforts as needed.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Art/Art Direction. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in digital graphic design or art direction, including i development of designs and assets for mobile applications, mobile web and web.

  • Experience in mobile-first, responsive design.

  • Understanding of both the limitations and best-practices for design for iOS, Android, desktop-web and mobile web.

  • Excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to apply those skills in design practice.

  • Highly skilled and efficient with MacIntosh computer system using, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, especially, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Evidence of organization and time management with ability to manage concurrent projects.

  • Evidence of ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.

Working Conditions:

  • Works in a normal office environment with the exception of occasional use of art materials such as colored markers and adhesive sprays.

  • Ability to work beyond traditional office hours when required by project demands.

  • The ability to travel via a variety of transportation (automobile, airplane or public transportation) and the ability to adhere to the Little Caesars Travel Policies.
