Job Summary:

Make an impactful change in the healthcare industry while working at a fast-paced, collaborative company! Gravity Diagnostics is hiring a Graphic Design Co-op, to start during the 2024 Spring semester to support the corporate and commercial initiatives in the healthcare industry. Gravity Diagnostics prioritizes media and social media growth and exposure. The Graphic Design Co-op will work directly with the Manager and other cross-departmental team members to create physical and digital content for Gravity across our various media platforms. A successful Graphic Design Co-op candidate will enjoy working in a deadline-driven environment while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creating supporting materials, sell sheets, graphics, signage, etc. for various commercial strategies.

• Developing effective social media posts to align with corporate or industry initiatives.

• Executing regular company website updates.

• Lending expertise on design, layout, graphics, and branding.

• Working closely with the Marketing Team throughout execution of an idea or initiative.

• Presenting design and layout ideas to marketing for approval and execution.

• Collaborating cross-departmentally with effective communication skills.

• Using communication and record-keeping technologies efficiently.

• Exercising organizational skills and a high level of reliability, dedication, and initiative.

Qualifications:

• Junior or Senior working towards a degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field.

• Focus or concentration in marketing, social media management, or communications is preferred.

• Ability to showcase a working portfolio of school or professional work and/or projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.

• Basic working knowledge of various social media platforms.

Physical Requirements:

• Long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
