The Kenjya-Trusant Group is a seeking a Graphic Artist to provide USCYBERCOM withSETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the USCYBERCOM mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.We're looking to identify a Graphic Artist to provide the following support:

  • Design professional quality graphical presentations utilizing products including MS Office (especially PowerPoint) that will be suitable for briefings to USCYBERCOM Senior Leadership, Members of Congress, and the general public.
  • Responsible to design, layout, and create documents for publication using products such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create concepts from start to finish in a collaborative environment with attention to detail to support and articulate the vision of USCYBERCOM.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required.
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Designor equivalent field and minimum of 3+ years of related experience (In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a High School diploma or Associates degree with an additional 6 years of experiencemay be substituted).
  • Ability to manage competing tasks.
  • Easily works within and across teams.
  • Familiar working with technical professionals and other SMEs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products;and Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (preferred).
  • Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and/or multi-stakeholder environment (preferred).

Our support furthers the USCYBERCOM mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.</p><section id="st-jobDescription"><p>We're looking to identify Training Developers to develop applicable curriculum and facilitate training to introduce best practices. In this role you will provide the following support:</p><ul><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Responsible to develop training materials to incorporate procurement fundamentals covering all contract types, federal regulations, and socializing new command acquisition processes at the novice, intermediate, and advanced levels including refresher trainings for personnel to stay abreast of current acquisition information.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Responsible for content planning, design, implementation, and refresh/update of curriculum design.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Develop all training materials in alignment with current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) training standards. The training shall be modularized to enable the user to select the needed training without having to repeat areas of proficiency achieved. The training materials shall be kept current as changes to policies or best practices are identified. The training may consist of electronic self-help capabilities, electronic repositories, desk-side and/or physical classroom instruction.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Lead and conduct the following tasks: a. Assess and identify needs. b. Gather, create, and analyze content from a variety of SMEs for process documentation. c. Coordinate SME review, feedback, and consolidating comments. d. Facilitate consensus discussions across SMEs and leadership. e. Explore options for effective and innovative training delivery. f. Propose effective solutions. g. Develop and finalize assets that to meet applicable requirements.  h. Perform quality reviews at development milestones to include grammar, spelling, and visual consistency (content and format) across all assets. i. Delivery and maintenance of program assets j.
