Robert Half Finance Accounting is working with a dynamic, non-profit located in Boston to find their next Grants Analyst. The Grants Analyst will be responsible to manage the accounting of the federal, state and private grants of the organization. This position will assist in the year-end audit, prepare annual financial reports, conduct financial analysis, prepare/maintain budgets, and perform reporting / reconciliations of grants accounts to the general ledger.
Eligible candidates will have a Bachelors degree, 1+ years of grant accounting experience or knowledge of A-133 financial audit requirements, strong systems / Excel skills, and solid communication / interpersonal skills.
