Position Description & Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grant Coordinator to join our dynamic Title III team at Bismarck State College (BSC). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the US Department of Education (ED) grant and support the Bismarck State College Student Success Proactive Advising Model, lead financial support and program documentation, and lead various outreach and communication activities.
Duties include:
Coordinate, implement, maintain, and evaluate Title III grant
Provide advanced administrative assistance to the BSC Title III Grant Project Director
Generate and analyze grant documents, quarterly reporting, and prepare modification requests
Coordinate the application and communication of BSC grant policies in alignment with ED guidelines and regulations
Update and maintain an online repository of grant-related information and facilitate web-based dissemination of materials
Support activities of third-party evaluator throughout grant period and compile written support documentation for grant assessment
Miscellaneous Duties as required or assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or associate degree with two years of related experience. Preferred fields of study include business administration, education, or related field.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, electronic email, and calendar) and the Internet.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse population on a local, state, and national level.
Organized, detailed, self-starting, and able to handle multiple activities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience managing projects and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with federal grants and grants management.
Experience working in a community college.
