Assist with campus wide activities and guest events. Ensure that guests are aware of all recreational opportunities available to them campus wide.
Assist in planning and executing daily activities for Resort guests
Welcoming and introducing the guests to all experiences upon the guests' arrival in the lobby.
Creating, developing, and implementing on and off site events
Marketing of daily, weekly, monthly schedule of events
Listen to and address guest comments or concerns
Create personalized experiences for each guest utilizing a proactive guest profiling program.
Creating, proposing and implementing experiences.
Scheduling activities, updating printed marketing, and adjusting to changes in activities due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Special projects as assigned
Supervising experiences and team.
Previous experience in event planning, catering or recreation preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
High energy and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills
Highly creative, self starter
Able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for long periods of time
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to make decisions and work independently.
This position reports to the Director of Guest Experiences.
