The Office of Teacher Education seeks a Graduate Research Assistant to work on a teacher retention data project in Summer Session B. The project will include working with Office of Teacher Education Staff, Vice Dean for Teacher Education and Institutional Research to gather names and details of graduates, develop a survey and send to graduates and organize and analyze data for reporting.
Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Graduate Research Assistant will work on a teacher retention data project in Summer Session B. The project will include working with Office of Teacher Education Staff, Vice Dean for Teacher Education and Institutional Research to gather names and details of graduates, develop a survey and send to graduates and organize and analyze data for reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a TC student currently enrolled in a degree program and taking at least 5 credits across the summer (note can include COEs),
Must be able to abide by Teachers College academic and personnel policies and guidelines, including FERPA, Student Confidentiality Agreement and the Student Privacy Requirements
Ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive data with integrity.
Must be able to collect and analyze data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range:
4,000-4,500
