What We're Looking For

The Graduate Enrollment Manager will support the team of Graduate Enrollment Coordinators at Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences at Baylor University by providing service to prospective students of the Physician Assistant and Masters of Medical Sciences graduate programs.

A Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience is required. Four years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

  • Manage daily correspondence, telephone follow-up, e-mails, and inquiries pertaining to prospective students. Implement targeted calling/e-mail/mail campaigns to shape enrollment goals.

  • Present to groups of prospective students both virtually and in-person at recruitment events and information sessions in partnership with enrollment team.

  • Offer admissions counseling information for prospective graduate students prior to application submission.

  • Develop email/phone templates and communication workflows that reflect unified graduate branding and program-specific messaging in collaboration with marketing and communications team.

  • Develop regular reports and provide data analysis in order to evaluate successful enrollment strategies and make improvements as needed.

  • If applicable, train support staff managing in-bound and out-bound emails and phone calls while upholding superior customer service.

  • Work with the graduate operations and college leadership teams to administrate enrollment plans and strategic planning, as needed.

  • Ability to comply with University policies

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance

  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission

Additional requirements:

  • A deep knowledge and understanding of enrollment management processes, standards, and trends.

  • Strong technology proficiencies and CRM experience, preferably with Slate.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure CRM processes function effectively to meet enrollment goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to manage data with a high level of accuracy.
