What We're Looking For
The Graduate Enrollment Coordinator will support the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences at Baylor University by providing service to prospective students of the Physician Assistant, Master's of Science in Medical Science, and Physical Therapy graduate programs.
A bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. Three years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective students,
Manage daily correspondence, telephone follow-up, e-mails, and inquiries pertaining to prospective students. Implement targeted calling/e-mail/mail campaigns to shape enrollment goals.
Support the program through managing data in the CRM that will enable effective communication and acceptance of prospective students and admits.
Evaluate and process data from completed applications into the student information systems to meet operational goals of accuracy and speed.
Review complete files and participate in the review process for admissions decisions based on evaluation of key criteria; counsel admitted students regarding final enrollment decision process and timeline.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and admissions of students to the program.
Ability to comply with University policies

Additional requirements:
Strong technical/computer skills, good analytical skills.

Accurately estimates timelines and meets deadlines.
