Graduate Assistant (Technology Team)

The Analytics Graduate Assistant for the OCS Technology Team position supports the Director of Technology in Career Services with reporting, data processing and project management. The position is a 12 month, 20 hour a week assistantship.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide standard reports by exporting data from HireSmith; reporting on real-time recruiting volume, student activities, coaching volume, recruiting trends, employer profiles and history, etc.

• Manage data integrity, regularly conducting de-duplication and quality control reviews.

• Fulfill ad hoc and scheduled reporting and data requests from HireSmith, including student engagement and recruiting patterns.

• Provide data analytics and reporting on student outcome data for Smith students, as well as historical recruiting patterns and volume.

• Provide logistical, scheduling, and data management support for the TNT (Terp Network Teams) initiative, coordinating students with coaches and alumni volunteers.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
