Graduate Assistant - Track & Field

Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Track & Field Coach. This position reports directly to Head Coach, Track & Field and is located in River Forest, IL.

The position will be responsible for recruitment of qualified student athletes for the women's and men's track programs. This 12-month position includes, ensuring compliance with CUC, NACC and NCAA Division III rules. Individual must be able to recruit academically qualified and athletically competitive student-athletes and to motivate them to realize their potential in the classroom and on the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching the field events (Horizontal & Vertical Jumps) for the Men's and Women's Track & Field programs. Because of the inherent visibility of collegiate athletics on campus and in the greater community, it is expected that the coach will display excellent communication skills, Christian principles, and exhibit teamwork with other academic, student life and administrative divisions of the College and be an ardent supporter of the mission of the University.

Candidates must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a Concordia University Chicago graduate program.
