Introduction: Join our dynamic research team and contribute to an exciting project exploring entrepreneurial success in emerging economies! We are seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate assistant to support our research efforts and gain valuable experience in entrepreneurship research.

As a graduate assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of the research project, including data collection, analysis, and project management. You will work closely with the principal investigator and collaborating researchers to conduct interviews, transcribe data, analyze findings, and contribute to the dissemination of research outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and scheduling of self-made entrepreneurs for interviews.

• Conduct semi-structured interviews with participants and assist with data transcription.

• Collaborate with the research team to analyze qualitative data using thematic analysis techniques.

• Assist with literature reviews, research synthesis, and preparation of research reports.

• Provide administrative support for project-related activities and communication with potential participants.

Required Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo) is a plus.
