Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a graduate student who will support the Graduate Admissions Office as well as the Office of Graduate Studies. This position will include a tuition waiver.

Responsibilities

• The graduate student will work cooperatively with University administrators in the Graduate Admissions Office as well as Office of Graduate Studies.

• Primarily assist in building out web landing pages for Graduate Studies and Graduate Admissions with new content and graphics.

• Work with the office of Strategic Marketing and Recruitment to ensure `shell' pages are updated and ready for launch on the web.

• Assist EM staff with computer processes for graduate admissions and recruitment as needed.

• Assist Office of Graduate Studies with data collection and reporting across graduate programs

• Assist graduate administration in updating and monitoring the graduate online orientation platform and run reports from the software.

• Development of queries and surveys as needed.

• Skilled using Microsoft Word and Excel, Eventbrite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Qualtrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by start date.

• Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of three (3) credit hours in the Summer and a minimum of six (6) credit hours in the Fall/Spring to qualify as a student worker.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred.

• One (1) year experience with web-based platforms including marketing and communications software preferred.

• Previous experience in computer-based platforms to include web-based products preferred.
