Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruiting and evaluation of prospective student athletes
Work with prospective student athletes through the admission process.
Provide evaluations of character, academics, and playing ability of prospective student athletes to the entire staff.
Successfully recruit 10-15 prospects individually every year.
Performs a complimentary role in player development and is given autonomy in key areas.
Assist in creation of offensive or defensive practice plan.
Assist in development of players within a position group assigned by Head Coach or Coordinator.
Responsible for film and data input
Set up and take down cameras before and after every practice and home game.
Upload and breakdown practice/game film.
Data input from practice, our previous games, and upcoming opponents.
Other duties as assigned by Head Coach.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Bachelor's degree required.
