Graduate Assistant Football

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and evaluation of prospective student athletes

• Work with prospective student athletes through the admission process.

• Provide evaluations of character, academics, and playing ability of prospective student athletes to the entire staff.

• Successfully recruit 10-15 prospects individually every year.

• Performs a complimentary role in player development and is given autonomy in key areas.

• Assist in creation of offensive or defensive practice plan.

• Assist in development of players within a position group assigned by Head Coach or Coordinator.

• Responsible for film and data input

• Set up and take down cameras before and after every practice and home game.

• Upload and breakdown practice/game film.

• Data input from practice, our previous games, and upcoming opponents.

• Other duties as assigned by Head Coach.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides

• Bachelor's degree required.
