Job Summary
Columbus State University is looking for a Educational Leadership Program Graduate Administrative Assistant. Students in this role assist in a program or non-academic unit that requires graduate- level knowledge, skills, and dispositions. GAAs assist faculty, departments, or other units in various activities that develop transferable skills that help students get ready for professional life such as skills in communication, teamwork, time management, organization, and technology.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Create online recruitment flyers for CSU Educational Leadership;
Update current database of local school district HR contact persons for recruitment purposes;
Assist the program coordinator with planning for annual program advisory committee meeting;
Provide administrative support to EDUL Tier I interns and Tier II residents;
Assist EDUL instructors with course rubrics development;
Support the clerical needs of the EDUL instructional team;
Assist program coordinator with other administrative tasks.
Proposed Salary
The salary is commensurate with education and experience. This position can work up to 19 hours per week.

For Faculty Hires: Final candidates will be required to provide proof of completed academic degree(s) as well as post-secondary coursework in the form of original transcript(s). Those candidates trained by a foreign institution will also be required to provide an educational/credential evaluation.
