Graduate Assistant - Athletics, Vermont State University,

Vermont State University- Castleton, a member of the NCAA Division III, invites applications for graduate assistant positions in men's wrestling, men's lacrosse, women's ice hockey, softball and sports information.

The primary responsibility of Team GA's will be to assist the head coach in all facets of the program, including the recruitment of quality student-athletes, organization and planning of practices, game preparation, administrative duties, scouting, and monitoring of student athlete academic progress.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is required, acceptance into graduate school at Vermont State University, previous participation and/or coaching experience are preferred. These positions include tuition remission (up to 9 credits per semester or 18 credits per academic year), room, and a stipend.
