Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values. * Mentor and train construction interns * Layout survey for construction projects and place stakes in ground for construction crews. * Setup and maintain Heavy Equipment Machine Control systems. * Operate and troubleshoot Trimble global positioning system (GPS), electronic distance measuring (EDM), and standard surveying equipment. * Build and Modify project 3D models. * Work with project managers and superintendents to produce and work with calculations in the field, read construction plans, and process survey data. * Work to resolve procedures, complaints and construction issues. * Maintain insurable driving record. * Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS*

Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills * Strategic thinking skills * Knowledge of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software- Terramodel, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Inroads * Trimble Business Center* SCS900, GCS900, and Trimble Earthworks. * Knowledgeable with regard to control setup, GPS and conventional. * Experience with surveying and measuring equipment * Proficient Microsoft Office skills * Ability to organize and to foresee and resolve conflicts * Knowledge of transit lasers and pipe layers is preferredEDUCTION/EXPERIENCE*
