SPAWAR PEO C4I GPNTS/ADAP Installation Support Analyst.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist APM in all aspects of installation, budgeting, procurement, SCD/ECO/SWD development and tracking.

Draft Enterprise Change Request (ECR) briefing and matrix for all installations.

Initiate Ship Change Documents (SCD) and corresponding Cost Breakdown Analysis (CBA), Fielding Plans (FP).

Respond to TAT review comments, FP changes and Resource Sponsor issues.

Update FP and CBA info for schedule changes for already approved SCDs.

Generate Software Delivery Document (SWD), Field Change Bulletins (FCB), and Engineering Change Order (ECO) documents.

Maintain the install schedule tailored to capture Other Customers Fund (OCF) requirements, completed installations and SCN hardware deliveries.

Assist APM with SPAWAR 5.0 Element Certification/Systems Certification requirements, Objective Quality Element (OQE) checklist submission, integrated SOVT (ISOVT) development and providing all required certification documentations (ECR/SCD/ILS Cert/SPEG SOVT/IPRA/ECO/SWD etc.) in Spider and NDE.

Liaise with AIT managers from San Diego/Pearl/Yokosuka/Norfolk/Charleston for baseline approval, SCD/ECO/SWD/ILS cert requirement/ budget issues and hardware deliveries.

Liaise with external stakeholders including PMS 407, PEO IWS 1, PEO IWS 6 and PEO IWS 10 for FP and Installation requirements.

Generate Baseline Change Request (BCR) form for changes in the approved installation baseline.

Generate required Work Scope documentation for Installations when requested by APM-Installs.

Assist ILS manager with requirement for ILS certification. Routinely monitor all ILS certification requirements for installations.

Liaise with NSWC PHD/SEA 05 with BMD/CG MOD/DDG MOD baseline, install/NDE/AMPS issues.

Liaise with PMW 750/760 Advance Planners, FRD 200 Installation Managers, Fleet Installation Offices and PMW/A 170 APM-Installs for ACFP Fielding Plan, WSID, PEOIWS eCCB issues.

Monitor all Installation tasks in SPIDER/NDE to make sure all requirements are scheduled, funded and completed.

Assist PMW 760/750 with Risk Assessment A-O messages generation.

Attend 5.0 certification, Engineering Risk Assessment, PEOC4I Synchronized FP meetings as GPNTS/ADAP program representative.

Monitor all hardware procurement award and hardware deliveries to ensure hardware availability prior to start of install.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma or GED plus 13 years of experience is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance within 6-9 months.

Able to be granted at least an Interim Secret Clearance on Day 1.

SPAWAR Installation Management Experience.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
