We are looking for an experienced Federal focused Technical Recruiter for a full time job in Reston, VA.

Inscope International is an IT staffing firm with an elite, local, commercial client list. We need a full life cycle, high volume producer to join our team.

Position offers a base salary with commissions and a generous benefits package. The person will utilize recruiting tools available to identify and qualify candidates. Recruitment tools will include job portals, third party vendors, independent consultants, internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs as well as other strategies.

Will conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, evaluating and selecting to identify the best high-end candidates for clients. Will develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Will perform employee relations for contract employees.

5-7 years of federal recruiting experience within the cleared space. Position also requires: proficiency with state of the art recruiting recruitment tools including internet research, internal database, job portals, networking, job fairs, etc.; full life cycle technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates to place with clients; IT industry knowledge; and, ability to candidate network.
