Job Purpose:

Conduct comprehensive audits of Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans to ensure their accuracy and completeness before submission to the respective agencies. Ensure the insurability/guarantee of loans by performing a pre-endorsement review of all required documents in compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external parties, and investors to obtain any missing or corrected documents.

Collateral Requests: Request and manage the shipping of notes and collateral to investors.

Requirements

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat , Government websites, such as FHA, VA and USDA.

Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mortgage-related roles, particularly in auditing or loan processing.

Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Proactive Organization: Highly organized and proactive in managing responsibilities.

Customer Service: Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
