Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Government contract administrator with experience in Federal, State and Cooperative Contracts

  • Create proposals, past performance, schedules, audit reports and marketing databases

  • Communicate with Tecta Operating Units nationwide, COOP Partners, Federal Contracting Officers, Small Business partners, Affiliates, Local Contract Administrators and customers

  • Create sourcing strategies and contract proposals while meeting procurement and quality standards

  • Participate in proposal developments with Tecta Operating Units, Small Business partners and contractors

  • Represent Tecta America's interest during marketing and proposal calls.

  • Assist in the creation of past performance libraries, proposals and materials to improve the overall gov't program

  • Development of monthly and quarterly reports

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma

  • Government contract or procurement experience ideal

  • Roofing or speciality contractor experience a plus

  • Understanding of government contracts, proposals and processes.

  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Proficiency in using the Internet for information research

  • Critical thinking and strategic planning skills to coordinate, organize and improve gov't contracting division

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Contract Administrator for our Denver office for the Project Management and Support Services Team at Denver International Airport. This contract provides on-site staff extention in support of the Airport's on-going capital improvements and maintenance projects. Duties are to be performed in accordance with the airport's Project Management Guidelines which include best practices for the airports specific needs. Duties and Responsibilities: * Supports Project Management with contract administration. * Works with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements. * Prepares project related reports and analysis. * Assists with document controls in support of the project execution from contracting through RFIs, submittals, and final close out. * Coordinates and communicates with internal (airport) and external (airline, utility, etc.) stakeholders including the designer and contractor by providing timely and accurate information.
