THE JOB:

As the Gourmet Food Server you will be primarily responsible for taking and delivering customer orders, maintaining tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks. Additionally, you will perform side work and general cleaning of assigned stations to assist with opening and closing procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.5894 Plus Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.

• Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant.

• Be knowledgeable about selling techniques and service delivery for all menu items, including both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

• Correctly itemize bills and efficiently secure payment.

• Keep assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS stations clean and well-stocked.

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.

• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address and fulfill any requests or issues from guests or other employees.

• Assist with table setup, bus tables to prepare for new arrivals, and run food and drinks as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior experience as a server or in a similar high-volume food and beverage role.

• Prior experience in a luxury restaurant environment.

• Possesses extensive experience in providing high-level customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience.

• Comfortable serving in a lively environment with a DJ during our brunch hours.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure, including comfortably managing sections as large as eight tables when needed.

• Flexibility to work part time/on call schedule with various hours and shifts as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to obtain TAM card (Alcohol Awareness) and Food Handlers card for the state of Nevada.

• Sunday, Friday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM

• Sunday to Saturday: 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM

• Brunch: Fri

• Sun: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Dinner: Mon

• Sun: 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM

• (May work before/after these times for opening and closing procedures)
