Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell's product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive Global Sales Motions for the Mid-Range Storage Portfolio

  • Understand the advantages of the portfolio and ensure Sales is enabled with plays and programs to drive revenue

  • Work with MR GTM specialists and the Regional MR PLMs to understands the priorities of the portfolio and the needs in the regions

Essential Requirements

  • Deep base of knowledge in the technology market and keen understanding of sales, including knowledge of needs of salesmaker, technologies, business intelligence, customer pain points, and market trends

  • Stellar program management skills with the ability to hit important deadlines

  • Strong Presentation/Communication Skills, especially with Executives

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred

  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Ability to understand portfolio strategy and real-time pipeline/revenue data

  • Able to lead decisively, balancing the need for consensus with the need for timely action
