Khan Academy is looking for Marketing Manager to help with our go-to-market strategy for our new test preparation product for Praxis Core. This person must be a strategic, creative, and analytical marketer.
Create and execute on a go-to-market plan for Praxis Core test preparation product launch
Provide insights, research and big ideas to assist in developing relevant and impactful messaging
Define highly targeted, integrated programs via multiple promotional channels (online advertising, email, website, social media, PR, in-person events, webinars etc.) that drive reach and awareness; assurance of consistency with themes, creative, segmentation, and content amplification.
Collaborate with internal and partner teams to ensure creative and messaging development and implementation across all channels and marketing activities.
Monitor and report on the progress and success of the marketing initiatives
Manage the GTM process for select programs (to be determined with the Director of Consumer Marketing)
Experience with GTM planning and execution with strong understanding of segment and product marketing
Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail to guarantee timely release of programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure all partners are clear on program updates, changes and action items
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
Highly organized and demonstrated attention to detail
Bachelor's degree (current student or graduate) in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant work experience
