To further strengthen our Henry Schein Global Oral Reconstruction Group (GORG) Team and support the international development of our Group we have created a new position based in Birmingham, Alabama of Financial Reporting Manager. The ideal candidate will be based within the southeast for an easy commute to Birmingham.

Your Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for working with the Director of Financial Reporting to oversee all aspects of financial reporting and planning within GORG, including:
Develop and prepare management reporting packages.
Support the Director of Financial reporting with special projects to achieve management reporting objectives. Examples may include pro-forma P&L development as well as KPI development.
Manage the monthly forecast and annual budgeting processes, including the management of financial data in corporate financial reporting applications.
Analyze financial results to ensure data alignment between actuals, budget, and forecast in the chart of accounts for all businesses in the group.
Partner with the Corporate Accounting and Corporate Planning teams to identify, design and implement reporting and system changes resulting from new technology, acquisitions, or reorganizations.
Assist in onboarding newly acquired or newly formed businesses into the Henry Schein financial reporting framework.
Serve as a key resource to others to solve financial reporting problems or issues. Build finance organizational capability via identification and sharing of best practices.
Manage and guide team members reporting to this position.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues within GORG and throughout the Henry Schein corporate organization.

Education & Experience
B.S. Accounting, Finance, or global equivalent in related discipline required.
Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
5+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis required.
Big 7 experience (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, RSM, BDO, or Grant Thorton) required
1+ years of management experience preferred.

Experienced with data manipulation and analysis in Microsoft Excel using (but not limited to) the following functions: IF, SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), XLOOKUP, OFFSET, and INDIRECT
Experience with the following general ledger and financial reporting applications is preferred: JD Edwards, Hubble, Oracle HFM/FCCS, and Oracle PBCS
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
Experience working with a publicly traded company preferred.
International experience working with foreign businesses preferred.
