About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing & Creative Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diving driving our ambitious growth goals from $50M to over $100M in revenue over the next three years. Your primary focus will be on scaling our ecommerce business in North America while having a global and multichannel impact. You will lead a global team of creative and marketing professionals to shape the brand's narrative, and engage our target audience across various channels.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and brand awareness

  • Lead the creative direction, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's values, mission, and visual identity across all touchpoints

  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and content creation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey, improve user experience, and drive conversion rates on our e-commerce platform

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and industry partners

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in marketing and e-commerce to continuously innovate and stay ahead of the competition

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability

  • Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and act immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on e-commerce growth and performance marketing

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices

  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the outdoor apparel or retail industry

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends

  • Strong creative vision and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual and written content across various platforms

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business impact and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change

  • Ability to travel may be required for quarterly and/or annual meetings; approximately 20%

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
