Google Analytics Software Engineer (IT Software Engineer 40346)
Location: 100% RemoteYou will love working as a Google Analytics Software Engineer. This is a 100 percent remote role.
In this exciting Google Analytics Software Engineer role will execute data governance / quality and implementation execution, validation support, training and strategy support for Google Analytics 360 Suite of products for all websites and applications for the company.
You will take a high level scope of the Google Analytics team tracking setup validations, site developer question support, tracking needs for specific enterprise objectives, platform/system architecture and account design, cross site/domain clickstream data collection, user id (known contact) journey path collection and enhanced ecommerce for sales attribution.What you’ll be doing:

You will attend Scrum meetings
You will facilitate meetings to ensure correct requirements
You will participate in peer reviews, investigations and implementations
You will be interacting with 10+ engineers performing Google Analytics.
You will work with the Scrum master to help coordinate work (half onshore and half offshore)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred plus at least 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has done very large scale Google Analytics on mobile apps. (If no Bachelor’s degree, candidate must have at least 10 years of experience).

Technical Skills
(Required)

Experience with large scale Google Analytics implementations using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Experience with GA4 migrations from GAUA
Experience with Google Analytics mobile application development
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the document object model related to analytics tagging with Google Tag Manager

(Desired)

Cookie consent management experience related to Google marketing platform data collection
Knowledge of SQL for data science analysis and reporting
Experience demonstrating analytical capabilities to various levels of leadership.
Experience with Digital Marketing technologies, including campaign tracking and Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Google Analytics integrations
