Job Summary
This role will develop and administer policy, process, and best practices for Corporate content, search and Analytics. This position will provide support to corporate users, assisting site developers with best practices, ensuring compliance with corporate site governance and standards.
Develop and maintains Sites governance plan in accordance with business needs.
Manage content and layout structure on sites built on Google Sites.
Manage operations and periodic updates of official, internal corporate sites.
Understand enterprise and industry standards and best practices for corporate content.
Partners with Corporate Communications and Branding teams to develop layouts and enhance look of corporate site templates.
Work with end-users and stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements and propose Google Site solutions.
Optimize sites for Google Cloud Search(Elastic Search is also a plus) including reviewing content for relevant subject matter, optimizing inbound and outbound links, mobile compatibility, page speed, analyzing click through rates and traffic, etc.
Build site metrics and analyze site traffic and usage, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Propose new feature uptake when available.
Partner with Google to request new features.
Knowledge of Google Analytics to run reports for Management
Develop migration roadmap from legacy CMS.
3 years experience managing internal corporate content.
1-2 years experience of Google Sites administration
Experience in content management and web design.
Experience in developing corporate content best practice and governance.
Solid understanding of Google Sites and Drive functionality and features.
Proficient with Google Analytics.
Experience with administration of Google Cloud Search functionality and features.
Knowledge of compare products is a plus

Job Description We are looking for a Director of Product Management to manage a team of product managers focused on Financial Reporting and Analytics. Our customers want to plan, execute, and analyze all within Workday. Our vision is for analytics to enable decision makers to make better, timely business decisions. This role will focus on the analysis aspect of the plan-execute-analyze cycle for the Finance organization through delivery of out-of-the-box content and helping to define the next generation ad hoc analysis, financial statement generation, and report packaging tools. This leader will lead a team of product managers that focus on outbound product management and building analytical content. This role will also partner closely with product and engineering teams that are building the next generation ad hoc analysis and financial reporting tools. You and your team will help represent the need of the different personas that use these tools, such as the FP&A team and Accountants. In this role, you will partner with our strategy team to gather business and industry trends. You will interact with our prospects and customers to understand their analytics strategy, user personas, and day-to-day analytic needs and challenges. You will work in an agile environment with our Design, Quality, and Software Engineering leaders. You must have effective verbal and written communication. You must have a strong technical background either building commercial Business Intelligence or Analytics software. Most importantly, you must hire, mentor, and grow a team of product managers that have both financial and analytical expertise. Responsibilities: * Work with your Product Management team to identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with customers, analysts, developers and architects and your knowledge of the domain. * Lead the vision and roadmap for your area of the the Workday analytics platform, driving buy-in from key stakeholders. * Partner closely with Product Management teams delivering Analytic and Data Management components to ensure that Financial personas' needs are met. * Mentor Product Managers to act as Product Owners on scrum teams, how to set the vision for the team, how to write and prioritize user stories, how to groom the backlog, how to keep the team focused, and how to communicate to stakeholders. * Hire, retain and motivate a team of talented, critical-thinking, and productive people. * Be the product champion externally, and passionate voice of the customer internally. * Program Management – juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results. Requirements: * 12+ years experience in product management or engineering in enterprise software required. * 8+ years experience in managing people. * Proven ability to recruit, motivate and develop a superior team and establish clear ownership and definition of success. * Experience successfully delivering product in the FPM or EPM space. * Fast learner, detail oriented and must enjoy fast paced work environments. * Excellent analytical, collaboration, verbal and written skills. * Experience working with clients and participating in customer-facing situations. * Experience with web technologies or SaaS required. * BA / BS degree or equivalent. * LI-MB Workday, Inc.
