The GHRN Engagement Lead will manage and continually improve engagement activities for GHRN roadside rescuers, including outbound and inbound communications, promotional campaigns, and rescuer support (in collaboration with the ARS assistance operations).
Plan, manage, and perform ongoing activities and special projects to help rescuers be successful; to increase the value of GHRN for rescuers, customers, partners, and Allstate; and to continually improve key outcomes including retention, reengagement, and productivity.
Contribute to and execute rescuer communication strategy, processes, and standards in collaboration with GHRN management and other stakeholders.
Develop and execute an editorial calendar that supports the strategy and includes messaging across digital channels including email and text messaging.
Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with the broader GHRN team on content creation including messaging for save campaigns, promotions, education, and weather events.
Monitor and respond to inbound rescuer feedback; collect and track feedback and contribute to analysis and management discussion of key themes, issues, and opportunities to improve GHRN.
Partner with the Data & Analytics team to measure and analyze the impact of engagement activities
Maintain the on-demand orientation program for rescuer candidates, including updating orientation materials as needed
Support and contribute to strategic decision-making for GHRN
Promote a culture of high performance, collaboration, learning, and skillful innovation and evolution
Manage operational efficiency and effectiveness
Work with a high level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education and Experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with service providers and/or customers
Strong verbal communication skills
Moderate skills in operational analysis including using Excel and self-service analytics tools
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
