Chenal Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic individual for an internship in the Club Golf Shop. Chenal CC offers a 3-6 month internship for individuals pursuing their PGA Management degree.

DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Check in golfers

  • Ring in Group Outings

  • Sell merchandise

  • Answer phone inquiries

  • Take tee time reservations

  • Maintain cleanliness of golf shop, issue cart keys for guests, and stock golf counter supplies

  • Monthly inventory

  • Assist with spike changes and shoe shining

  • Perform simple arithmetic functions

  • Assist with daily golf operations as directed by Professional Staff

  • Monitor golf course and weather conditions through GPS, and DTN Weather computer

  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Club is open seven days a week, 12 months a year. This position is available immediately. Full time availability is mandatory for this position.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license

  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts

  • Must have a strong knowledge of the game of Golf
