Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and organized Go to Market Program Manager to join our Global Vehicle Accessories & Merchandise team. This candidate will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives related to new product introduction, overall launch strategy and Shop channel expansion from inception to completion across the business.

Work closely with Product Development, Demand/Material Planning and Fulfillment teams on the successful forecasting, purchasing, delivery and introduction of new products
Collaborate with Business Analyst and Customer Service to identify trends and irregularities to be shared with larger team for action including sales reporting, returns and customer inquiries
Manage the lifecycle of existing products from initial launch with a clear phase out strategy to ensure high sell-through, continuation of new product and strong margins including pricing, reorders and disposition strategy
Create a feedback loop with the product development team to share data on current sales and provide insights into future product development decisions
Develop and execute E-commerce strategies in collaboration with our digital team including merchandising of the Shop product assortment, photoshoots to highlight new products, search engine optimization, pricing, marketing campaigns and social strategy
Work cross functionally with Product Managers on the creation of website content (e.g. photography, video, copy) for new product launches
Advise and coordinate retail locations on visual merchandising, product assortment, replenishment, planning and fulfillment
Coordinate global product launches with Go To Market teams in other regions (EMEA, APAC)
Lead Shop expansion to other channels including additional retail locations, ecommerce platforms and future product partnerships
Lead market research to help define launch strategy, target audience and pricing discussions
Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics and key performance indicators for launch initiatives and activities
Set the long-term positioning, messaging, vision and Go-To-Market strategy for products or feature enhancements
Use growth and measurement insights to help develop business cases for opportunities by understanding user and market trends
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in e-commerce, product management, merchandising and/or marketing strategy
Motivated and self-starter mindset with extreme attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strategic thinker with proven experience of ability to recognize, influence and maximize engagement with stakeholders
Ability to work in a dynamic, growing company, demonstrate flexibility and possess the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
