About the role

Essity Health & Medical Solutions seeks a recent graduate for its Marketing rotational program. The program offers skill development in selected Marketing areas, leading to an entry-level Marketing role upon completion.

The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia metro. This is a hybrid position.

This role will be part of a program to develop functional skills in marketing. During the 12-month program the participant will be assigned to different functional areas within marketing and work on the projects to gain professional knowledge and experience through working with experienced employees.

This will prepare you for a defined position at Essity upon program completion.

What you Will do

• Product and Customer Understanding: Collaborate with experienced managers in the Marketing field to gain a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and customer base. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

• Campaign Implementation: Assist in the implementation of paid campaigns on social media and search platforms. Align campaign execution with campaign plans and objectives.

• Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates) to ensure they meet campaign goals. Analyze data and propose corrective actions to the Campaign Manager based on available insights.

• Performance Reporting: Regularly follow up on search and social media performance. Use available tools and software to generate reports on campaign metrics.

• Relationship Building: Foster effective communication with internal teams and external agencies. Share learnings and best practices across the internal team, global organization, and relevant markets.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Business Administration

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Prior work experience is not mandatory; however, relevant internships a plus

• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish

• Experience working with social media and/or search engine marketing a plus

• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts such as marketing automation and inbound marketing

• Well organized and hands-on, good time management skills, goal-oriented and keen on delivering projects timely and with good quality

• Ability to make technical language comprehensive to main stakeholders
