Accountabilities:

As a GMP Cleaning Crew Manager, your responsibilities will span across various areas. You will lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cleaning personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. You will develop and maintain cleaning schedules, conduct regular inspections of cleaning activities, maintain accurate records, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, promote a culture of safety, serve as the primary point of contact between cleaning staff and other departments, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• High School diploma. Associate or bachelor's degree desirable.

• Five (5) years of cleaning and sanitation experience in a GMP environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or GMP environment.

• In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and standards related to cleaning and sanitation.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and techniques.

• Certification in GMP and/or sanitation is a plus.

• Ability to move to night shift starting approximately Q2 2025.

• Ability to work occasional holidays and weekends.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience in managing diverse teams.

• Proven track record in implementing effective cleaning procedures.

• Strong communication skills.

• Bilingual, English/Spanish.
