Intapp's Risk & Compliance business is the company's largest and one of the fastest growing. Its solutions are mission critical for our client base and continue to increase in importance as industries become more regulated and concerned about key risk management issues. This position is the executive sponsor and senior business leader responsible for the sustained market and commercial success of Intapp's Risk & Compliance business. The GM will drive strategic direction, growth, and client success of all of Intapp's Risk & Compliance solutions, collaborating across all departments, industry teams, and supporting functions to develop and execute a multi-year plan.

What you get to do:

  • Develop and maintain a 3-year and annual plan for the Risk & Compliance business

  • Build relationships and community with Risk & Compliance leaders across our markets

  • Assess and monitor market and competitive dynamics / trends within the Risk & Compliance solution space

  • Manage the pipeline and sales motion within this business in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales teams

  • Align the product roadmaps with business plan and market requirements working with the Product Management team

  • Drive product innovation and ensure that new products get delivered, launched, and have sufficient references as rapidly as possible

  • Manage product end-of-life (EOL) decisions, client communications, and transitions for next generation offerings

  • Be the primary sponsor and advocate for our Risk & Compliance clients, ensuring they are successful and active promoters

  • Measure and respond to inbound support activity and any client satisfaction issues

  • Develop and drive core pricing and packaging decisions

  • Drive cloud adoption/migration for legacy on-premises Risk & Compliance clients

  • Help identify, align, and prioritize vertical-specific go-to-market requirements, and drive adoption in new verticals

  • Run a virtual management system across the functional groups to deliver upon the above, driving outcomes through your influence

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has/is:

  • 12 years or more of experience in enterprise software leadership positions with success growing businesses or product lines, strong preference for MBA and previous P&L responsibilities

  • Highly versatile, familiarity in a wide range of business functions, including sales, marketing & product

  • Strong leadership, and interpersonal qualities, who can lead through influence and consensus-building; a natural leader.

  • Strong preference for a background working with risk & compliance issues

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Understands products and technology

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Collaborative, and helps to instill collaboration across teams

  • Strong work ethic

The Corporate Compliance department of U.S. Bank is seeking a professional Compliance Risk Management Specialist to support the Compliance Program through which U.S. Bancorp strives to promote compliance with laws, rules and regulations, and mitigate the risks of noncompliance within the Wealth Management and Investor Services (WM&IS) business lines. The Compliance Risk Management Specialist is expected to provide independent second line of defense monitoring, oversight and credible challenge to the personal trust business lines' compliance activities. The individual will be responsible for assessing the risks associated with the business lines' products and services to ensure that the risks are properly identified and mitigated. The Compliance Risk Management Specialist should demonstrate compliance expertise in the application and assessment of business line regulations, including its processes and procedures. Duties * Review external and internal materials submitted through the Compliance Approval Tool (CAT) to ensure materials are in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and internal procedures and polices * Evaluate and assign regulation applicability to products, services and activities within the personal trust business lines (BL). Provide credible challenge to BL risk partners to ensure mitigating compliance controls are documented and effective * Participate in the PRISM process to review and assess new products and services within the BL for risk and compliance impacts * Prepare regulatory reporting and maintain databases to ensure compliance with personal securities reporting and affiliated transaction reporting. * Participate in governance and committee meetings; review committee monitoring and reports * Analyze new and pending regulatory change impacts, assessing risk and assisting in gap assessments * Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders that include but are not limited to: business line management; first and second line risk management peers; corporate audit services; subject matter experts and regulation specialists. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Ten or more years of experience in risk management, compliance, personal trust administration or other relevant experience. Preferred Skills/Experience * Working knowledge of fiduciary regulations and regulatory guidance concerning fiduciary activities (e.g., 12 CFR 9 and OCC Asset Management Handbooks) and regulatory trends * Working Knowledge of relevant systems such as SEI, Sharepoint, Archer, MS Outlook, MS Access and MS Excel * Ability to successfully and independently perform multiple projects, deadlines and concurrent deliverables * Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary for day to day relationship management with internal partners * Continually drive improvements, efficiencies and enhancements to existing processes US Bank Minneapolis MN
