The Selling Partner Services team is seeking a General Manager to own our strategy for Selling Partner Acquisition and Onboarding. You will manage a team of Product Managers, Marketers, and BIs that are responsible for understanding the needs of our Selling Partners, launching acquisition campaigns to bring them to our inbound recruitment channels, and defining strategies, product roadmaps, and ML-driven sales campaigns to onboard them into the selling programs that maximize their success on Amazon.
You'll partner closely and define roadmaps with tech teams across Amazon's Consumer business to help them view the world through the eyes of our Selling Partners and ensure they're building solutions that solve the needs of our highest value prospects. You'll lead the thinking on numerous high-judgment decisions around how to balance competing customer needs. You'll build detailed analytical frameworks with high statistical rigor to measure and track impact. And finally, you'll work closely with our global business and tech partners all over the world to ensure the end-to-end journey is world-class as we build toward our vision of enabling Selling Partners to sell in all of our stores globally.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to 1) increase the quantity of successful Selling Partners we launch on Amazon, 2) look around corners and identify changing trends in the business that require new strategies, product experiences, and analytical frameworks, and 3) collaborate with our global counterparts to drive a WW strategy that consistently applies and reutilizes best practices.
This is a big role that owns one of the most critical parts of Amazon's flywheel. It requires a big leader with a strong point of view / vision, product-thinking, deep analytical chops, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to influence and drive results across organizations.
