Homes and ADI Global Distribution is a leader in the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets, and a leading global distributor of security and fire protection products.

To work as part of the Global Real Estate (GRE) team driving continuous improvement across Resideo's diverse global portfolio (275+ properties). Reporting into the Global Real Estate Leader, the position will involve executive administration and coordination responsibilities in support of the Resideo global real estate team

Travel Planning for domestic and International travel including passport and visa processing.

Expense Reporting and support of global real estate department team and leaders.

Extensive calendar and meeting planning to support the dept's MOS.

Maintain annual calendar for all MOS meetings for the global real estate team.

Arrange on-site and off-site executive meetings including all meeting planning logistics and details.

Maintain the Team Room intra-site for knowledge sharing documents across the team.

Create and maintain the team organization chart.

Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.

Create purchase orders for GRE projects and receive all invoices against projects where needed.

Track project YTD spend for each purchase order issued and work with vendors to rectify any invoice and payment issues.

Work with the Project Managers for quick input/issuing of purchase orders and all questions related to the status of reqs for PO's.

Submit check requests when needed.

Enter new hire requests for contract service workers.

Set Up email, NT account, remote user access and skype accounts for new hire.

Order IT equipment when needed for new hires and work with IT to get them set up for use.

Deactivate contract employees when they leave and request return of equipment for redeployment.

Maintain all user requests for the GRE property database.

Process payment of utility and rent charges for the sites as needed.

Manage the office including the ordering all needed supplies to support the resident team.

Create and maintain real estate activity and management reports as needed.

Acts as central point of contact for global team and outsourced partners to facilitate communication on key dept responsibilities and deliverables.

Assume special projects as needed to support needs of the real estate team and leadership.

  • BS/BA degree


  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially in PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, etc)

  • Significant previous experience in executive administration/coordinator role

  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in a corporate real estate function

  • Able to work independently with initiative in meeting deadlines and desire to over-deliver

  • Adaptable and comfortable with change in meeting/exceeding functional objectives

  • Team player that brings tangible value to the global real estate team

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to ensure team communication and alignment

  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills to improve quality of communication/presentations as needed
