Global Visual Merchandising Manager
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Global Visual Merchandising Manager to join the KitchenAid SDA organization based in our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI.
The Global Visual Merchandising Manager - will develop the KitchenAid Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) in-store merchandising strategies and programs to drive global leadership at the store environment. You will be a passionate advocate for the brand - having a deep understanding of the consumer and retail environment. The position will work collaboratively with the broader marketing organization, category business teams and with the regional teams around the globe.
Implement, drive and develop visual merchandising standards which are directly in line with KitchenAid's brand and marketing strategy.
Develop compelling and comprehensive elements that encompass core merchandising, staging, display and Point-Of-Purchase (POP) across various retail environments.
Partner closely with regional marketing/sales leads to ensure elements deliver on regional requirements.
Ensure strong execution of Global standards across all regions.
Work with agency partners to develop assets required to support Global standards.
Work with category managers throughout product development process to ensure Global standards are reflected in the launch process.
Leverage consumer insights to drive fact-based, consumer-centric decisions that support our premium brand leadership positioning.
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time including internationally
Bachelor Degree in Marketing
5+ years management experience or visual presentation experience in retail industry.
Prior global business experience strongly preferred
Background in Design
Demonstrated understanding of retail merchandising strategies with internal and external customers.
Proven success working in a fast paced environment
Strong consumer focus and brand strategy understanding
Excellent communication, training and facilitation skills
Strong problem- solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
Ability to influence others across departments and at all levels in the organization
Strong conflict-management skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
