The Global Training Lead will work cooperatively with several stakeholders to continue development, execution and management of the overall onboarding and training. The position will primary focus on the management and effectiveness of the global training team for a large-scale account receivable team. The Global Training Lead will be tasked with the creation and management of a consolidated work-plan; leveraging their collaboration and communication skills to connect across multiple stakeholders involved with development and execution of the global training programs/initiatives to ensure timelines are met and risk/issues are escalated in a timeline manner.
Leverage best practices for creating, developing, and implementing operational maturity initiatives for continuous improvements as it relates to the materials and environment of the team.
Collaborate with various workstreams while engaging in several short and long-term initiatives respective to Readiness and Training simultaneously
Responsible for communicating updates to respective stakeholders and team in a timely manner.
Own the overall development and management of a consolidated program plan for tracking global training execution and development timelines, deliverables, etc.:
Track, measure, report and communicate project progress, performance issues and risks.
Maintain internal process documentation to ensure a consistent approach and methodology is leveraged across the global Delivery Team.
Manage trainer coordination and schedule availability for as/when training is needed in different delivery locations.
Responsible for coordinating and tracking the adaptation of existing training materials and the creation of new materials, as required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or process management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training activities
Experience with creating and developing differentiated learning experiences
Experience in process design and execution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
