Work in a Global Environment without the hassle of a move!

This unique logistics role provides brand and supply planning supply chain support for US Export businesses that services 90+ countries around the world. As a member of the Global Trade logistics operations team, you will provide strategic operational support and business process design and execution in collaboration with the entire Global Trade team to assist in developing & distributing new products, executing promotions and driving results that help ensure business success. You will interact closely with a cross-functional group of professionals including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Sourcing, Operations, and Manufacturing.


Drive and Enable Cross Border Growth for US Exports:

  • Participate on Cross Border Capabilities team to drive global standard process

  • Create & Sustain New Export Customer Tools

  • Global Product Introduction Evaluation

  • Point for New Cross Border Projects

  • Define set-up criteria for new cross border projects for each model of business

  • Main connector with Platform leads

Manage Product Life Cycle:

  • Business partnership with Int'l/Regional OBMs to define, develop and sustain product life cycle planning strategies

  • Develop Logistics operational plans for new item launches, discos, seasonal items, and promotions

  • Spring Plan Lead for US Export

  • Partner with Supply Planning Pillar on process improvements, training, and execution of spring plan for US exports in partnership with demand planning.

Finished Good Inventory Management

  • Ensure execution of all scheduling, production and deployment for assigned platforms

  • Develop and maintain effective inventory and production strategies for Export Unique items

  • Maintain inventory age to meet customer expectations, informing business of potential service & financial risks

Data Analysis:

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure system maintenance of logistics data and settings

Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide leadership using Continuous Improvement tools to standardize and sustain project management processes. Ensure processes deliver flawless end-to-end supply chain execution.


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years of related experience

  • Strong ability to streamline business process with technical mastery

  • Ability to influence change, strong change management skills

  • Ability to champion process standardization and change

  • Process development and execution skills

  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

  • Understanding and leveraging of continuous Improvement tools

The Junior Global Sales Operations Analyst - Technology will optimize sales efficiency with data driven analytics to identify opportunities, support improvements in the processes and make systematic enhancements which will resolve operational inconsistencies and bottlenecks that are slowing down the sales team. Finding solutions to these issues can be challenging, often requiring innovative thinking on producing the right kind of data for process improvement and system changes. The Junior Global Sales Operations Analyst - Technology will provide the data that guides conversations regarding major business decisions to help steer the sales leadership strategically and tactically to achieve the business objectives. This is a highly analytical role managing the technology stack that requires an ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines.
