Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) consist of cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams to help accelerate the adoption of GT Vision and as a function, become a strategic enabler for the businesses we support. CTC proactively helps the firm put in place the capabilities and solutions necessary to become a leading technology company from technology controls, resiliency and security standpoint.
Global Technology Resiliency Management (GTRM) forms part of the Resiliency Function within CTC and it primarily focuses on the ability of JPMorgan Chase and its businesses to continue to provide all products and services in the event of disruption. The disruptions could be minor (e.g. affecting a small segment) or major (e.g. affecting multiple businesses or a geographic area). The mission of GTRM is to recover essential services and technology as a line of Business and in support of our businesses.
The Global Tech Resiliency Management Program Manager, MD or ED will be responsible for partnering with resiliency leads across the Firm to drive the timely and successful execution of the Firm-wide Recovery and Resiliency strategy.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and demonstrated success in managing project teams particularly in a matrix fashion, driving multiple complex and large scale projects, and managing business relationships. The individual must be extremely disciplined and organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing dynamic environment. A high energy, fast paced, "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and commitment to success and be results driven are essential. Strong program and project management skills, verbal and written communication skills, experience driving milestones and deliverables, comfortable with rapid escalation, is experienced with developing project statement of works, project proposals and successfully get new projects up and running, developing project business cases and value proposition, as well as, experience presenting and communicating proposals and status to senior managers and business stakeholders are a must.
Position Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of the resiliency strategy for threat scenarios including critical application, data center recovery & destructive malware recovery
Provide regular, metrics-driven updates to executive management on program status, threats and progress
Communicate regular project status updates to the business stakeholders and senior sponsors
Drive project steering committees and influence decision making
Address project issues with the business and influence timely and successful resolution
Ensure project lifecycle and project roles and responsibilities are understood by the business, proactively managed and enforced
Proactively identify and resolve issues that would present a risk to on-time implementation of projects within the portfolio
Evaluate project and resourcing costs, develop and present business cases and budget, and influence business and technology sponsorship
Ensure full transparency on deliverables, provide weekly status updates including issues and risk items for management attention
Assess risks, costs, benefits, and dependencies of alternative decisions and approaches
Manage to a financial plan, including ensuring completion of projects on-time and on-budget, forecasting, business case development
Partner with cyber testing and simulation teams to develop new testing scenarios and develop action plans based upon results
Ensure that recovery playbooks are clearly defined, documented, communicated, adhered to, and audit compliant
Define and implement post-mortem / root-cause analysis processes - develop improved testing scenarios based upon analysis
10 + years of experience in Technology with emphasis in Cyber Security and or Risk, including roles of influence and direct span of control coupled with consistent interactions with Senior Business leadership
Proven leader with successful track record driving large scale technology projects from inception to implementation
Experience in managing project and resourcing financials, and managing to tight budgets
Ability to think strategically about how to create business led solutions and ability to communicate effectively to both business and technical audiences
Experience managing and working with geographically distributed and functionally diverse work-groupsProven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology & other key stakeholders, including external vendor partners, and work effectively in a matrix organization.Strong sense of prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables
