The Global Talent Partner, Executive Search will own and refine the Executive Global Recruitment process for Global, Business Unit, and Site Roles across the Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) network by working in partnership with all FDB sites, Global Leadership Team (GLT)/stakeholders and local Talent Teams to identify and recruit global vacancies.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and shaping how we go to the market to attract, source, identify, onboard and connect talent to the company's growth strategy globally. You are accountable for our talent acquisition and recruitment function at the executive search level. You will partner with business leaders across the company, assess recruitment needs, tailor required strategies to reflect goals and company values and build the infrastructure to attract top candidates, and create a world-class stakeholder/candidate experience.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Serve as a key talent search partner for the hiring managers at the Senior and Executive Leadership Team level to understand hiring needs, and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with internal and external candidates.

  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans, attrition, succession concerns, and bench strength to develop talent networks and create ROI strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Regional Talent Strategy Managers, Rewards CoE Team, HR Business Partners, HR Site Heads, FUJIFILM Europe / HLUS, and Senior Business Stakeholders to understand our company´s needs, department processes, and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.

  • Conducts full life-cycle recruitment for regular and proposal openings. Full life-cycle includes staffing requisition coordination, recruitment strategy development, sourcing, oversight of interview scheduling, coordination of interview assessments, oversight of reference checking, coordination for offer recommendation, coordination for delivery of job offer.

  • Provide creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, internal/external networks). Understand how to apply effective recruiting practices to both passive and active candidates to expand pipeline; profile candidates based on skills, fit and motivation to support retention objectives.

  • Lead recruitment discussions with Hiring Managers and interview teams to ensure complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to fill the role.

  • Ensure timely generation and updates for applicant status reports and recruitment summaries.

  • Ensure appropriate, effective, and efficient information flow to stakeholders, hiring managers, colleagues, and team members for regular recruitment and proposal efforts.

  • Work closely with the local HR team(s) to ensure proper transition from talent acquisition pre-employment processes to the post-employment process stage to ensure a smooth handoff and seamless positive employee experience.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable processes and ensuring proper use of the automated recruitment/applicant tracking system, including documentation of business requirements and standard operating procedures.

  • Ensure that all recruitment strategies, activities, and candidate communications are compliant with applicable country regulations and in alignment with FDB compensation and benefit guidelines.

  • Co-create and implement a global EVP.

  • Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, competitive industries, and trends within the marketplace

  • Enhance the reputation of FDB as an employer of choice to support the business to attract, recruit, develop and retain a competent workforce in alignment with the Company's Values and Fundamentals.

  • Ensure compliance and record keeping of the applicant pre-employment process (i.e. applications, interview guides/notes, employment offers, confidentiality agreements, background checks etc.)

  • Firmly establish diversity and inclusion as a baseline expectation across our hiring process.

  • Use a data-driven approach to recruiting and hiring, understanding the business needs and the recruiting capacity. Provide KPIs and metrics to feed executive dashboards.

  • In partnership with Regional Talent Strategy Team, create annual talent attraction wheel to define which global external events FDB should attend to promote FDB employment brand awareness (i.e. job fairs, university outreach, conferences and seminars, etc.)

  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 of those years working in Executive Level Global Search.

  • 5+ years leading others preferred.

  • Experience working with and influencing senior managers.

  • Significant previous experience in full life cycle

  • Cultural awareness and ability to inspire, lead and work across the globe.

  • Strong project management, negotiation and influencing capabilities and a mindset of innovating and process simplification.

  • The ability to research and analyze various types of data information.

  • Must have the ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.

  • Understanding of employment law and other government compliance regulations.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Ability to travel both domestic and internationally approximately 15% of the time.

FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R.
