About the opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a Global Talent Advisory Lead to join us as we embark on the journey to create the IT Organization of the future at Dentons. The Global Talent Advisory Lead role is key to enhancing our people experience and delivering our people strategy. This role will lead the people strategy and talent management for Dentons Global Technology organization with professionals across 30+ countries. The Global Talent Advisory Lead will work directly with the Business Services chiefs including the Global CFO, Global CIO and Regional IT leaders and will enable the comprehensive needs of a global team. This is a new role being created to support an integrated technology organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Talent Advisory team and create future state processes and tools
  • Partner with Dentons Technology Leadership team to create a global talent strategy focusing on integrating regional teams, creating a cohesive culture and building skills of the future
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruiting, onboarding to performance management, compensation and growth
  • Resolve complex people management scenarios resulting from country specific regulations and policies
  • Create and implement an engagement plan to build community and collaboration
  • Utilize data and analytics for insights and interventions
  • Partner with org transformation lead to enable the transition of regional teams into one global team
  • Build the future HR team to support a growing technology organization

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Advisory leader supporting professionals across multiple countries
  • A keen interest in both strategy and talent management
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Full understanding of a broad spectrum HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field

Position Summary The Enterprise Customer Master (CM) team is part of the enterprise master data management, data platform organization. <br><br> We support cross-functional business capabilities by providing foundational master data, with an aim to improve data quality and promote data capability for all our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Customer Master Business Analysis: <br><br> Supports business requirements definition and documentation in support of Customer Master solutions globally. Looks for opportunities to define requirements in agile framework. Ensures that operational support needs and downstream implications are addressed when developing requirements. <br><br> Team SME on documentation requirements and coordination with IT Validation Services and IT Quality Assurance. Test Strategy Lead for CM solutions globally. Defines resourcing needs and oversees UAT resources in support of CM projects and enhancements. Experience/familiarity with Reltio, Informatica and Veeva MDM solutions a plus. Seasoned test lead with a minimum of 5+ years leading UAT for large, complex projects. <br><br> Familiarity with ST/SIT testing. Minimum 3+ years of project management experience managing complex competing projects. Able to manage multiple competing priorities and exhibits resilience and a winning attitude in the face of adversity and change. <br><br> Seasoned BA with minimum 3+ years of BA experience. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into business system requirements and ensure testability of those requirements.
